SOME AL-ANON AND ALATEEN GROUPS ARE CONTINUING TO MEET ELECTRONICALLY GIVEN ONGOING CONCERNS ABOUT THE RISK OF COVID OR FOR OTHER REASONS. USE THE SEARCH BOX ON THE “FIND A MEETING” PAGE AND TYPE IN “In-person meeting” TO SORT THEM. NEWCOMERS AND MEMBERS PLANNING TO ATTEND AN IN-PERSON MEETING ARE ENCOURAGED TO CHECK THE NOTES NEXT TO THE PHYSICAL ADDRESS TO KNOW WHETHER THE MEETING IS OCCURING IN-PERSON OR ELECTRONICALLY. CHECK OUR CALENDAR BELOW (OR UPCOMING EVENTS PAGE) FOR ANY VIRTUAL/ELECTRONIC MEETINGS THAT ARE TAKING PLACE. WE WILL DO OUR BEST TO KEEP YOU UPDATED.

Dear Members:

The Montclair office is still struggling at this time. The lack of face-to-face meetings during Covid-19 caused donations to plummet and literature orders declined, but we still have bills to pay. Phone and email inquiries are being answered and the website is being updated with meeting changes. The office is open and stocked for literature sales, (please call ahead.)

We are asking you to please spread the word during meetings, (including Zoom) that we
are in dire straits for money and are looking for personal contributions. We could be closing permanently in the upcoming months if things stay the same. There is no way to tell when all meetings will come back. Some may never.
